Tough Touring makes a  Platform roof rack that sits on our Existing famously strong foot rails.
The Racks are built here in Melbourne and are Vehicle specific , The Platform is an East west Planked rack for ultimate versatility.  Each slotted to the top and side of each extrusion to accept M8 or M10 Rated Eyebolts for fittment of accessories and or tie down points. The Rack itself is as Low, Light and Strong as we can build it, It utilises the Toyota  Existing M8 Roof bolts for enormous load strength.

Capable of handling typical Equipment in off road environments - The Tough Touring Platform Racks are built low and create very minimal wind noise. 
 
The Roof Rack Platforms are designed  / shortened at the rear to allow  Pole Less wing awnings (when fitted)  to swing through their arc and be set up without fouling on the rear  Wind fairing - also providing a covering effect of the wing awning preventing rain ingress into the rear cargo area. 

Heights overall of the Roof Platform sit typically between 15mm and 30mm above the  highest point in supported vehicles  roof skin, The Platform itself adds 50mm to that - with a safe estimate of total rack height being between 65 and 80mm higher than the vehicles prior height.

* 2 x Super Low Roof Rack Foot rails specificly Laser cut for the roof line - Folded to 100 degrees 'Infold' 
 
* 8 Oversized 75 Degree Folded Rack feet (4 Each side) - 
 (the 4 x Oversized  feet are  Pre cut to suit the Disco Factory 4 x m10 bolts..) .
 
* 2100mm x 1400mm x 50mm Aluminium  Touring Platform - Accepts m8,m10 and Unistrut Bolts for Accessory tie downs, is bolted together (no welds) and offers side plank slotts, side rail slots and Bar plank slots - (Slotted on every surface for ultimate versatility). 
 
* Assorted ABS (laser cut) Foot spacers 
 
* 1 Tube Sikka flex Adhesive sealant
 
* 16 x 20mm Countersunk Hex Head bolts and Nyloc nuts for fastening roof planks to rails. 
 
* 16 Nyloc and Hex Bolts for Bolting Rack feet to foot rails
 
* M10 Fitting hardware for Platform to Foot rail fitting.
 
All components Sand blasted for maximium paint durability and Finished in Dulux Black Textura Powdercoat and Baked at over 500 Degrees Celcius for Ultimate durability. 
 
Tough Touring Reccommends that these components are Fitted by a Professional  Installer.
