The Tough Touring Gutter mount roof rail is secured by 4 Gutter mounts each side as per Pics above - Running off a 1 piece gutter rail that extends the length of the Patrol roof. 
 
The Top edge of the rail folds outwards for easy installation and removal of the top hat bar planks - making for very fast and easy tent install and removal
 
The SINGLE Roof rail Design of the Tough Touring rack takes away point load issues with traditional gutter mount roof racks, securing immense loads stronger and lower.  
 
All Orders for this rack come supplied with 4 TOP HAT BAR PLANKS in Aluminium (Powedercoated Black) of your chosen length. 

We warrant this rack for Off road conditions typical of GU running heavy duty Pole less awnings, solar and RTT.
